A four inch yellow line we see everyday reminds me of the faith we all put in each other without even thinking about it. Two cars traveling at high rates of speed, only seperated by a four inch yellow line. I put my faith in the other driver that they will do what they are supposed to and stay on their side of the road, as do they with me. If we both abide, then we both can continue on. I ask, how much better would the world be if we applied this faith in each other more than just when we drive.
Vizion Electric LLC is a faith based company founded by James Van Zant. Electric and Faith have been the two major defining factors of my life in the past, present, and future. As I entertained the thought of forming an electrical company, the pieces started to fit together perfectly. The name of the company itself, the "v" and the "z" in a different color and font represents Van Zant. Establishing a company named Vizion in 2020 also felt as proof that the concept was clear. Experiencing the constant demand for electrical work reassured me that there was an opportunity to succeed. Having the state required credentials, the experience, and reputation of being a skilled craftsman in the feild, and the electrical industry demand answered the questions of the electrical aspects in my decision of forming a company. Realizing there are only so many hours in a day and that running a business would consume the majority of them, caused me to be concerned about the toll it would take on my faith. The good Lord answers prayers, and I gained a new perspective. Each job is an OPPORTUNITY to meet new people. Not only does the customer get quality work at a reasonable rate, but also a chance to hear about the good news. The great commision is quite simple, "Go and spread the gospel." Jesus Christ came from Heaven to Earth, died for our sins, was buried and resurrected, then assended to Heaven awaiting to return again. That simple. Now the "VIZION" is clear, established, and ready for an opportunity to serve.
